Why does the browser show "Not Secure"?
We use a self-signed SSL certificate. Download and install rootCA.crt, double-click to add to your system keychain, then restart the browser — the lock turns green.
Which browsers are supported?
Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox — all modern browsers. Some features (dark mode, animations) work best in latest versions. IE is not supported.
Forgot password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the link in the reset email. Note: if you enabled E2EE encryption, resetting the password will make old encrypted records unrecoverable.
Can I use it on multiple devices at the same time?
Yes. Log into the same account on any device and data syncs automatically. Just make sure to refresh the page after switching devices to see the latest records.
Is my data secure? Where is it stored?
Data is stored on a private NAS server. All connections use HTTPS encryption. For extra protection, enable E2EE (Settings → Security) — records are encrypted on your device before uploading, so even the server can't read them.
Page loads slowly or is blank?
The server is self-hosted at home. If it's been idle for a while, the first request may take a few seconds to wake up. Refresh and wait. If it persists, the server might be offline — try again later.
Can I use it offline?
The web version requires an internet connection — it's a server-rendered app, not a mobile app. For offline use, please use our iOS/Android app instead.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings → Cloud Backup → Create Backup. This saves all your records. You can also use the API directly (
GET /sync/download) for programmatic access if you're a developer.

List not refreshing after adding a record?
Pull down to refresh the page, or switch to another tab and back.
How do I recover deleted records?
Settings → Data & Security → Recently Deleted. Records can be restored within 30 days. Server auto-cleans after 30 days.
Sync keeps spinning or shows network error?
The test server may be sleeping — wait and retry. This won't happen in the production environment.
Data seems to be missing?
Kill the app and reopen. Make sure you're logged into the same account. If still missing, restore from the most recent cloud backup.
How do I backup my data?
Settings → Cloud Backup → Create Backup. After switching phones, just restore. Max 5 backups.
Wrong amount entered?
Swipe left on the record in the list and delete it, then add a new one. Or tap into the record to edit.
App crashes?
Just reopen the app. If it keeps crashing, let the developer know what you were doing.
How do I submit feedback?
Settings → Help & Feedback → Submit Feedback.
